SEALED BID NOTICE

The Southern Alleghenies EMS Council is requesting sealed bids for the procurement of the following medical equipment and supplies:

Requested Equipment and Supplies

  • 70 Sapphire Multi-Therapy IV Pumps
  • 70 Sapphire Multi-Therapy Macrobore Primary Infusion Tubing Sets (Full-Set)
  • 29 Sapphire IV Pump Communication Cables

Bid Submission Requirements

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked:

“SEALED BID – SAPPHIRE IV PUMP PROCUREMENT”

Sealed bids must be received no later than:

June 5, 2026 at 0800 hours

Bids received after this deadline will not be considered.

Bid Opening

Sealed bids will be publicly opened on:

June 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM
